Quds - Saba:
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in the occupied Palestinian territories, Francesca Albanese, acknowledged the failure of international human rights bodies to free Palestinian prisoner Ahmed Manasra, who was arrested by the Zionist enemy as a child and released as a young man in a difficult health and psychological condition last week.
Albanese said in press statements on Monday: "I have lost count of the offices of influential people I visited between May 2022 and September 2023, while I was demanding the release of Ahmed Manasra."
She added, "No one, from the Human Rights Council to the European Union, has been able to free this shattered soul. There are no measures, no accountability. Israel has been allowed to flourish in complete impunity."
Last Thursday, the enemy released prisoner Manasra after he spent nearly ten years in its prisons, during which he was subjected to all forms of physical and psychological torture.
