Minister of Agriculture Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai discussed with the Director of Courts, Zakaria Muharram, arrangements for establishing a specialized agricultural court and prosecution, following a decision by the Supreme Judicial Council.
The discussions focused on providing the necessary infrastructure and technical and administrative requirements.
The Minister emphasized the importance of expediting the preparation of the headquarters and providing the necessary personnel to ensure the court operates according to high standards. He explained that it will be located in Sana'a and will cover agricultural and environmental issues in the governorates of Sana'a, Dhamar, and Amran, such as pollution, illegal excavation, and the use of banned pesticides.
For his part, the Director of Courts appreciated the cooperation with the Ministry, emphasizing his commitment to the project's judicial and technical success.
