Ahmed al-Akhfash, Hajjah Undersecretary for City Districts Affairs, and Hamza Sharaf al-Din, the Executive Director of the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund, on Wednesday inspected the summer courses in Bani al-Awam district.

Al-Akhfash and Sharaf al-Din, along with Mobilization Officer Majed Maran and Branch Director of the Endowments Authority Office Mohammed Qatran, listened to an explanation from Sharaf al-Houthi, the Education Sector Officer in the district, about the level of turnout and the progress of summer activities and programs.

The visitors urged students to make the most of the summer courses and to seek guidance from God, memorize, and recite the Holy Quran.

They emphasized the importance of summer courses for equipping young people with various skills, discovering and refining their talents, developing their academic, cultural, and athletic capabilities, and protecting them from negative, domesticated concepts and the dangers of soft warfare.

During the visit, stationery and school supplies were provided by the Cleanliness Fund for the summer courses.

In addition, an expanded meeting was held in Bani Al-Awam District, chaired by Deputy Governor Al-Akhfash, to mobilize for summer courses.

In the meeting, which included the Executive Director of the Cleanliness Fund, mobilization and education sector officials in the district, and a number of branch directors of executive offices, the Deputy Governor emphasized the importance of encouraging children to enroll in summer schools, which represent a stronghold against the dangers of enemies, soft warfare, and misguided cultures.
