Basem Naim, a leader in the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas," affirmed the movement's readiness to negotiate a single comprehensive deal that would lead to a permanent ceasefire, a complete withdrawal of the Zionist enemy forces from the Gaza Strip, the opening of crossings, and reconstruction, in exchange for a serious and honorable prisoner exchange deal for all detainees.
In a press statement on Wednesday, Naim stressed that the obstacle to all this is Benjamin Netanyahu and his extremist government, driven by personal and partisan calculations.
He added, "This remains our position, and without it, there will be no deal. Any illusions Netanyahu promotes to his people to prolong the war will come at a cost paid by everyone, foremost among them, their prisoners."
The Hamas leader pointed out that the deception of partial deals in exchange for food and the continuation of genocide is now a thing of the past.
