Three people were killed when a small plane crashed into a river in eastern Nebraska.
Sergeant Bree Frank of the Dodge County Sheriff's Office said during a press conference on Saturday that a plane was flying over the Platte River when it fell into the water south of Fremont at 8:15 p.m. local time.
Frank confirmed that the bodies of three people were found.
Authorities did not immediately reveal the identities of the accident victims.
