The Southwest Secretariat Prosecution in the capital today destroyed a quantity of alcohol that had been seized in adjudicated cases, in accordance with directives from the Attorney General.
During the destruction process, which was attended by Judge Mohammed Al-Kastaban, a member of the Public Prosecution Inspection Authority, Judge Mohammed Al-Dhaifani read out the official destruction records of the alcohol.
According to the reports, the destroyed alcohol had been confiscated from several individuals convicted of alcohol consumption and trafficking. They had received various sentences, and the substances were ordered to be confiscated and destroyed.
