The Iranian state television denied on Saturday the accuracy of reports claiming that a second round of (direct) talks with Washington had taken place.
It stated: "The news about (direct) negotiations between the Iranian and American delegations is false, and what biased media outlets are publishing is inaccurate because the regulations of the negotiation venue prevent any media outlet from accessing it."
Rome witnessed on Saturday the convening of the second round of indirect talks between the two countries, mediated by the Omani Foreign Minister.
