Sana'a officials review summer activities for girls across capital districts

Officials from the Girls' Summer Courses Subcommittee in the Capital Sana'a on Sunday conducted extensive reviews of educational, cultural, and skills-based activities taking place at various summer schools for girls across Sana'a's districts.

Ibtisam al-Mahtouri, head of the subcommittee, inspected the progress at al-Safwa Summer School in al-Thawra district. Ashwaq al-Makhdi, head of the Summer Courses Support and Assistance Team, reviewed the activities at al-Sayyida Zainab Summer School in al-Tahrir district.

Bushra al-Mahtouri, a member of the Support and Assistance Team, conducted inspections at a number of schools in al-Sabeen and al-Thawra districts, including Martyr of Islam and Insaniya, al-Zahra, al-Walaa, al-Batoul, al-Nabras, the Martyr Saleh al-Sammad Center, al-Ishraq, Basmat Fikr, al-Batoul, Zainab al-Kubra, and al-Radwan.

Other members of the Support and Assistance Team, Umma al-Mujib Al-Qahoum, Hanaa al-Alawi, and Alia al-Sharif, also visited and reviewed the activities at Imam Khomeini, the Center for the Eradication of the Entity, Generation of the Scream, Girls of the March, and Generation of al-Aqsa in Bani al-Harith district, as well as al-Asbahi School in Al-Sab'een District, Ibn Al-Amir School, and Khadir University and School in Old Sana'a district.

During their visits, the officials received detailed explanations from those in charge of the summer courses regarding the implemented activities and programs, as well as the level of student participation in the summer schools.

The reviewing officials urged parents to encourage both their sons and daughters to take full advantage of the summer programs to learn, recite, and memorize the Holy Quran, and to foster values, noble morals, a spirit of initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility towards the nation's issues.
