Russian President Vladimir Putin did not order the extension of the Easter truce between Russia and Ukraine, the Kremlin announced.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Sunday, in a statement to the Russian news agency "TASS", when asked if the ceasefire could be extended: "No further orders have been issued."
Putin announced the Easter truce during a meeting with Russian Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov on Saturday, and the ceasefire is in effect for 30 hours, ending tonight.
