An expanded meeting chaired by First Deputy Prime Minister Mohammed Miftah was held today in Sana'a to discuss mechanisms to organize, facilitate and simplify procedures and public services for citizens, in implementation of the directives of His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council.
The meeting, which included Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Administration, Local and Rural Development Mohammed Al-Madani, Ministers of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qahim, Economy, Industry and Investment Engineer Moeen Al-Mahakri, and Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khalid Al-Hawali, reviewed ways to develop public services, especially in the fields of transport and public works represented in construction, surveys and urban planning.
During the meeting, the First Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of simplifying service procedures. He pointed out that this step would alleviate the suffering of citizens, in light of the aggression's continued systematic targeting of civilians and civilian objects.
"Facilitating procedures is part of our national responsibility and reflects the keenness of the political leadership to ease the burdens on citizens," he said. He urged the need to adhere to the directives and work as one team to achieve tangible results on the ground.
