Sana’a – SABA:
A campaign launched Monday evening on the social media platform “X” under the title “Exposing Zionist Tools: Hypocrites of This Era” garnered significant interaction from activists.
The tweets focused on the role of mercenaries in justifying the crimes of the U.S.-Saudi aggression against Yemen and their current involvement in supporting the Zionist-American aggression on Yemen and Gaza. Activists compared today’s hypocrites to those in the time of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), noting similarities in behavior and motivations.
The campaign accused the Yemeni Muslim Brotherhood party (Al-Islah) of exploiting the Palestinian cause for decades to raise money while now echoing pro-Israeli and American rhetoric. It also highlighted the overt allegiance of mercenaries to the U.S. and Israel following American setbacks in the Red Sea, describing their calls for foreign support as acts of treason.
Participants labeled UAE rulers as leading modern-day hypocrites for their silence on Gaza massacres and their role as security agents serving the Zionist entity. Tweets denounced how these figures line up before U.S. officials, ready to defend Israel and suppress resistance.
Activists asserted that these mercenaries are the main cause of Yemen's destruction, and their support for attacks on Palestine is an unforgivable betrayal. They pointed to growing awareness among Yemenis in occupied areas about the true nature of the so-called “hotel government” and its disgraceful positions on Gaza.
The campaign also condemned those who label resistance as betrayal while portraying submission to occupiers as loyalty, referencing statements by figures like Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, who declared full support for U.S. measures against Yemen.
The tweets further detailed the mercenaries’ involvement in supporting and participating in the U.S.-Saudi aggression on Yemen, portraying it as ultimate subservience and moral bankruptcy. Participants criticized the pro-aggression statements of figures like Tareq Afash, viewing them as direct support for Israeli genocide in Gaza.
The campaign concluded that the mercenaries’ justification of American and Zionist narratives regarding Yemen’s Red Sea operations reveals the depth of their betrayal. It emphasized the role of U.S. embassies in coordinating media campaigns with these elements to spread disinformation and undermine Yemeni solidarity with Gaza.
Activists affirmed that the Yemeni people will not forget the mercenaries’ support for aggression, nor their betrayal of Palestine and its martyrs, vowing that history will record these positions in its darkest chapters.
