Kyiv – SABA:
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday called on Russia to provide a clear response regarding whether it agrees to a ceasefire targeting civilian infrastructure—a proposal that Russia has indicated it would consider.
Zelensky stated, “Ukraine's proposal to refrain from striking civilian infrastructure still stands, and we expect a clear answer from Russia.”
He added, “We are ready for any dialogue on how to ensure this.”
This comes after Zelensky proposed a 30-day halt on long-range drone and missile attacks targeting civilian infrastructure.
