Thousands of Moroccans participated in solidarity vigils with Gaza for the 73rd consecutive week on Friday, calling for support for Palestinians and an end to the genocidal war perpetrated by the Zionist enemy in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
The Moroccan Committee for the Support of the Nation's Causes organized these vigils, under the slogan "Gaza Cries Out to You," in several cities, including Casablanca, Inzegane, Oujda, Meknes, Kelaat Sraghna, Tangier, and Tetouan.
Participants in the vigils raised Palestinian flags and pictures of the Dome of the Rock in Al-Aqsa Mosque, as well as banners reading "Palestine is a Trust, Normalization is Treason."
The participants chanted slogans in support of Palestinian factions and others calling for continued support for the Palestinian cause, including "Moroccan salutes to proud Gaza," "The people want to liberate Palestine," and "From Morocco to Palestine, one people, not two."
