Gaza – Saba:
The death toll from Palestinian casualties in the Gaza Strip rose to 33 on Friday as a result of scattered Israeli airstrikes targeting homes, schools, and tents housing displaced people in several areas across the Strip, most notably Khan Yunis, Gaza City, and the Nuseirat refugee camp.
Among the casualties was an entire family of five whose tent was targeted west of Khan Yunis, in addition to victims at a school housing displaced people.
Others were wounded or killed in shelling of areas such as New Turkman and the Zeitoun neighborhood, where the Israeli army issued evacuation warnings in preparation for a large-scale offensive.
The attacks come amid ongoing US support and add to the death toll since October 7, 2023, which has exceeded 168,000 martyrs and wounded.
