Israeli forces carried out widespread demolition and destruction operations in various areas of the West Bank on Tuesday, targeting numerous inhabited Palestinian homes, agricultural facilities, and water wells.
According to the Palestinian WAFA News Agency, the Israeli demolitions included a home in the town of Battir, west of Bethlehem; two homes in Qibya, west of Ramallah; and two homes, five barracks, and a water well in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
The same sources added that Israeli bulldozers demolished the homes of two Palestinian citizens after Israeli soldiers stormed the homes and forced their owners to evacuate them in the town of Qibya, west of Ramallah.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Israeli occupation authorities carried out 58 demolition operations during the month of March, targeting 87 facilities, including 39 inhabited homes, 6 uninhabited homes, and 26 agricultural and other facilities. The demolitions were concentrated in the governorates of Nablus (15 facilities), Tulkarm (13), Jerusalem (19), and Salfit (15).
The Israeli occupation also issued demolition notices for 46 facilities, with 20 notices issued in Tulkarm, 8 in Jenin, 6 in Bethlehem, and 6 in Hebron.
