U.S. Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff announced on Tuesday that a meeting with Iranian officials regarding nuclear negotiations could take place very soon, possibly next week, according to Russia’s Sputnik News.
Speaking at a White House event, Witkoff said the meeting is expected "very soon, within the next week or so."
