ABC News reported on Thursday that the US Secret Service has suspended six agents for negligence and misconduct during the assassination attempt on Donald Trump in July of last year.
The channel quoted an unnamed US official as saying: "Disciplinary action has been taken against six agents in recent months, with the right to appeal. Their suspensions ranged from 10 to 42 days."
The channel reported that those suspended ranged in their positions from command to rank-and-file agents.
