The squares of the western sector districts in Sana’a province witnessed massive marches and angry popular stands on Friday under the slogan "Solidarity with Gaza… Our Marches Continue, Our Operations Escalate in response to the call of Allah, His Messenger, and the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badruddin al-Houthi, to renew solidarity with the Palestinian people.
Participants in the marches, held in the main squares and mosque courtyards in the districts of Manakha, Al-Haymatain (Inner and Outer), and Safan, raised the Yemeni and Palestinian flags, chanting slogans condemning the Zionist crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
They reiterated their denunciation of the American stance supporting the continuation of brutal crimes against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, witnessed by the entire world, amid widespread Arab and Islamic silence and betrayal.
They affirmed their commitment to weekly demonstrations to support Gaza, driven by religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibility.
They praised the military operations deep in the occupied Zionist entity and the Red Sea, tightening the naval blockade and imposing an air embargo on Ben Gurion Airport (Lod), highlighting recent operations targeting ships linked to the Zionist entity in the Red Sea in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
They declared their authorization to the leader to take whatever measures he deems appropriate to continue the religious duty toward Gaza, reaffirming that the people of Gaza are not alone.
The protesters emphasized that the Zionist entity’s airstrikes will not intimidate the Yemeni people nor deter them from continuing their support for their Palestinian brethren. They called on Arab and Islamic nations to mobilize in support of Palestinians and to halt the severe humanitarian crimes and violations in Gaza.
A statement issued by the marches and stands described the massive turnout of Sana’a province residents and other Yemeni provinces as an inspiration for the rest of the world to stand with truth against falsehood.
The statement noted that the massive popular marches are a response to Allah’s call, a jihad in His path, and solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people, continuing the confrontation against Zionist injustice and tyranny, which has committed unprecedented atrocities for 21 months in full view of the world.
It affirmed that the Yemeni people will never retreat, tire, or abandon their religious, moral, and humanitarian stance in supporting Gaza, no matter the difficulties or sacrifices.
The statement praised the heroic operations carried out by the Palestinian resistance in Beit Hanoun, Gaza, which left dozens of occupation soldiers dead or wounded, as well as the qualitative operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces in the Red Sea against ships linked to the occupying Zionist enemy.
It stressed that these blessed operations by Gaza’s resistance and the escalating Yemeni military strikes deep in the Zionist enemy’s territory, along with recent naval operations, have shattered the enemy’s remaining dreams of breaching Yemen’s successful naval blockade and breaking the siege on its ports.
The statement pointed out that while the enemy exterminates Gaza’s people through killings, siege, starvation, and thirst, it receives strong, resounding, and deterrent blows witnessed by the entire world in real-time. It hailed the Armed Forces’ unprecedented and effective confrontation against the recent Zionist aggression on the Yemeni people.
The statement added: "As we follow the powerful operations of the mujahideen in Gaza in recent days—inflicting heavy losses, deadly ambushes—we also remember the suffering of the resistance fighters and all Gazans under brutal massacres, starvation, thirst, and siege. This only strengthens our resolve, confidence, and certainty that the enemy’s defeat is possible, no matter its capabilities. As Allah has told us, the enemy is weak and cowardly, no matter the brutality it displays. The fruits of patience, action, and trust in Allah will surely belong to the steadfast believers, and the criminal enemy will be defeated."
