Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Friday that a new prisoner exchange agreement between the Russian Federation and the United States may be concluded soon, without specifying a precise date.
Ryabkov added in statements to Sputnik: "The issue of a prisoner exchange is still on the table, but the plans, especially the individuals, cannot be published until an agreement is reached," stressing that "the relevant Russian agencies are conducting the necessary communication in this regard."
