Dozens of Zionist settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque compound through the Mughrabi Gate on Monday morning, under heavy protection from Israeli police.
According to the Palestinian Safa News Agency, the Islamic Endowments Department in occupied Jerusalem reported that dozens of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, toured its courtyards, and performed Talmudic rituals and prayers in its eastern area.
Enemy forces imposed strict restrictions on the entry of Palestinian worshippers to Al-Aqsa Mosque and confiscated their ID cards at its outer gates.
They emphasized the importance of intensifying the flow of worshippers to Al-Aqsa Mosque and performing prayers there, considering this a practical step to confront the enemy's measures and thwart its attempts to isolate the mosque from its popular and religious surroundings.
Every day, except Fridays and Saturdays, Al-Aqsa Mosque is subjected to a series of violations and incursions by settlers and Israeli police, in an attempt to change the status quo there.
