The local authority in Hajjah province and Al-Mahabishah District mourned the passing of Nasser Ali Mansur Habbah, a member of the district’s local council and deputy director of the public works sector, who passed away at the age of 70.
In a statement of condolence received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the late Habbah was praised for his virtues and his role in advancing local governance and serving the community in the district.
His passing was described as a loss for the local authority in the province and Al-Mahabishah District, particularly as he was one of the distinguished national cadres known for his competence and integrity.
The statement expressed heartfelt condolences and deep sympathy to the deceased’s children, brothers, and all family members, praying to Almighty Allah to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon him, grant him paradise, and provide his family and loved ones with patience and solace.
