Hodeidah – Saba:
The branches of the Oil and Gas Company and the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Authority in Hodeidah Governorate organized a speech event to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussein and Imam Zaid, peace be upon them, for the year 1447 AH.
During the event, the governorate's first deputy governor, Ahmed Al-Bishri, emphasized that the nation is undergoing a historical turning point that requires the restoration of the principles for which the two imams were martyred. He considered that recalling their lives redirects the compass toward fundamental issues, foremost among which is the aggression against Palestine.
He emphasized that what Yemen and Palestine are facing represents an extension of the project of foreign control, noting that Yemen's steadfast stance on the Palestinian cause and the resistance reflects its deep connection to the nation's identity and the independence of its decision-making.
The event, attended by officials from the Oil, Gas, and Geology branches, included poetry and chanting segments that embodied the meanings of sacrifice and steadfastness.
