Sana’a – Saba:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed the solidarity of the Republic of Yemen with the People’s Republic of China and its standing alongside China in the wake of the devastating floods that struck several regions of the country in recent days.
In an official statement, the Ministry expressed Yemen’s sincere condolences and sympathy to the friendly Chinese government and people following this disaster, which resulted in dozens of casualties and injuries, the evacuation of thousands of citizens, and significant damage to infrastructure.
The Ministry extended its condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery, while also expressing hopes for the safe return of those still missing.
