Mahwit - Saba:
The people of Al-Mahwit province rallied on Friday in 94 mass marches under the slogan "Steadfast with Gaza… High Readiness to Confront All Enemy Plots."
Participants reaffirmed their principled and unwavering stance in supporting the Palestinian people and their just cause, emphasizing that unity and firm resolve are key to foiling all schemes and conspiracies targeting the nation and its identity.
They declared their commitment to continued mobilization and heightened readiness to confront any aggression or threat, while firmly rejecting the Zionist atrocities targeting the peoples and sanctities of the Islamic nation.
During the marches—led by the governorate’s agents, local leaders, executive officials, and security figures in the districts of Shibam Kawkaban, At-Tawilah, Ar-Rajm, Al-Madinah, Al-Khobt, Bani Saad, Hufash, and Malhan—the people chanted slogans condemning the ongoing Zionist massacres in Gaza amid international silence.
They stressed that the Yemeni people will remain at the forefront of nations opposing the Zionist enemy, steadfastly pursuing the path of dignity , honor, and continuing to support the Palestinian cause as the central issue of the Islamic nation.
A statement issued by the marches reaffirmed the unwavering, clear, and escalating stance in support of their brothers in Gaza and all of Palestine, praising their courageous and steadfast resistance. It called on all Muslims to support them with money, weapons, and all means to strengthen their resilience, as this is the wise and logical choice commanded by God and necessitated by reality.
The statement questioned: "If Zionist adherents are killing our people and committing the most heinous crimes of modern times under false religious pretenses, how can we not defend ourselves and confront them based on our true and just religious principles ordained by God in the Holy Quran?"
It emphasized that the Zionist-American enemy’s mobilization of proxies within and outside the Islamic nation—pressuring resistance movements in Gaza, Palestine, and Lebanon under deceptive pretexts—is part of their broader aggression. The statement warned against such plots, urging popular rejection, as it is the people who ultimately pay the price if threats are not confronted.
The statement noted that this alternative scheme reflects the enemy’s failure in direct confrontations across various fronts, forcing them to resort to other plans—which will also fail, God willing.
It declared Yemen’s readiness to confront any plots or conspiracies by the enemy under any pretext or form, asserting that the honorable stance of the Yemeni people has angered the disbelievers and hypocrites who will stop at nothing to undermine it—but their efforts are in vain as long as Yemen relies on God.
The statement warned that the nation’s complacency in the face of escalating violations against Al-Aqsa Mosque only emboldens the enemy to pursue its so-called "Greater Israel" project, including ambitions to control Mecca and Medina.
It concluded by urging action to defend Al-Aqsa, raise voices in its protection, and support Gaza, stressing that those unmoved by the massacres in Gaza will not be moved by atrocities elsewhere in the Arab and Islamic world.
