SANA’A, Oct. 02 (Saba) – President of the Supreme Political Council Saleh Al-Sammad issued on Sunday a decree No. (18) for the year 2016 assigning Dr. Abdul-Aziz Bin Habtour to form a Government of National Salvation.
The decree is as follows:
President of the Supreme Political Council:
After perusal of the constitution of the Republic of Yemen,
The agreement announced on 28 July 2016 to establish the Supreme Political Council,
Decision of the Supreme Political Council No. (1) for the year 2016 to identify tasks of the SPC and its competencies, and
After approval of the SPC.
It has been decided:
Article No. (1): Dr Abdul-Aziz Bin Habtour is assigned to form a Government of National Salvation.
Article No. (2): This decision comes into effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the official Gazette.
