NEW YORK April 19. 2024 (Saba) - The American police announced today, Friday, the arrest of more than 100 students at Columbia University in New York City for organizing a protest in which they expressed their rejection of the genocide committed by the Zionist enemy entity in Gaza Strip and their solidarity with the Palestinians.

The police said in a statement: They arrested the 100 students after they refused to break up the protest they had organized, which had begun last Wednesday by setting up tents and raising banners in the south lawn of the university campus.

Many American universities have recently witnessed several demonstrations and protests rejecting the ongoing Zionist aggression against Gaza since the seventh of last October.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims of the ongoing Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October had risen to 34,012 martyrs and 76,833 wounded.
