SANA'A May 10.2023 (Saba) – His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, met today with the Head of the National Resilience Program, Major General Qassem Al-Hamran.

The President stressed the importance of the National Resilience Program instilling awareness and a sense of responsibility among all employees of government institutions, so that every individual moves in the path of God to achieve freedom and independence for the Yemeni people.

He directed the head and members of the National Resilience Program, in cooperation with the Higher Agricultural and Fisheries Committee, to promote the agricultural sector, benefit from rainwater and help farmers to cultivate the largest amount of agricultural land.

President Al-Mashat also directed the government and its officials in the various provinces to help farmers and facilitate the necessary procedures to attract investment in the field of agriculture, allowing the private sector to play its role in this direction in order to reach self-sufficiency.

He directed the Higher Agricultural and Fisheries Committee to pay attention to the marketing aspect of farmers' products in a way that would benefit them, urging the media to keep pace with agricultural activity and contribute to educating and guiding citizens.

President Al-Mashat praised the efforts made by the National Resilience Program Head and the members of the program, stressing his full support for the program and overcoming the difficulties facing its work in carrying out the tasks entrusted to it.
