ANKARA November 18. 2023 (Saba) - Turkish activists on social media have posted pictures showing the profile of Abu-Obaida, spokesman for Qassam Battalions, hung on Turkey's landmarks.

The adored character's photo appeared in many tourist areas and milestones, like the Girl Tower in Istanbul and the famous Diar Bakr Wall, according to Turkish media.

"Salute to Abu-Obaida, Salute to Gaza," read one of the placards containing the profile of the man.

Turkish activists expressed their support for Gaza, and deplored the persistent bombing suffered by the besieged Strip.
