SANA'A March 16 2024 (Saba) - A surprise revealed by the leader of the revolution, al-Sayeed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in his speech on Thursday evening, when he announced the expansion of the scope of operations of the Yemeni armed forces against the ships of Israeli enemy or associated with it, and prevent it from crossing the Indian Ocean.
This announcement constituted a new shock and a strong blow to America and Britain, which have so far been unable to protect Israeli ships in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab, what will the situation be like after the targeting circle expands to the Indian Ocean, and its ships are prevented from passing even through the Cape of Good Hope?
With this bold step, Yemen responding to the American escalation and build-up in the Red Sea with a greater escalation that would expand the scope of the naval blockade on the Zionist entity and thus double the economic losses to the enemy entity and to its American and Western supporters.
The American and British enemies facing a new chapter of surprises and a war of attrition, especially since it comes after American officials admitted that the operations of the Yemeni armed forces are taking place suddenly, and causing great damage to American ships.
On Wednesday, CNN quoted an American official as saying that these operations surprise the American forces in the Red Sea, who have no idea what weapons Sana'a possesses.
This statement coincided with the announcement by the military spokesman for the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, of carrying out a missile attack on the American ship “True Confidence” in the Gulf of Aden with suitable naval missiles, hitting it with high accuracy.
Following the operation, an American official admitted that the missile caused significant damage to the ship that was flying the Barbados flag while it was crossing the Gulf of Aden. He appealed to the governments of the world to join the United States in stopping these attacks, in a clear indication that his country was no longer able to confront it.
In light of the American escalation in the Red Sea, Russia's Deputy Representative to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky, accused the United States of only knowing battleship diplomacy, and of adding fuel to the fire, alongside Britain, warning of the dangers of military build-ups in the Red Sea region and the escalation of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, for the sixth month, which now threatens the region and the world with major consequences.
He criticized the United States and Britain's continued attacks on Yemen, and their support of the Israeli occupation entity in its war on the Gaza Strip, militarily and politically by sending arms shipments, and using the "veto" in Security Council sessions against the ceasefire resolution.
Thus, in the eyes of the countries and peoples of the world, America and Britain have become two Nazi governments that do not stop targeting peoples and violating their sovereignty, whether directly, as is the case in Yemen, or through their criminal tools, as is the situation in Gaza.
In the face of all this crime, some puppet regimes are still blaming Yemen for its military escalation to confront the American, Zionist, and British arrogance. However, the Yemeni people and their courageous leadership do not take into account such voices, since Yemen’s position comes from the standpoint of religious and humanitarian duty.
This is why the Leader of the Revolution, al-Sayeed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, confirms that Yemen will continue to develop and modernize its offensive and defensive military capabilities and will not hesitate to carry out all possible military operations to harass all ships, battleships, and naval vessels belonging to America and Britain, in addition to continuing to prevent Israeli maritime navigation in the Red and Arabian Seas, all the way to the ocean Indian.
In implementation of the directives of al-Sayeed Commander to defeat the oppression of the Palestinian people and in response to the demands of the Yemeni people and all free people of the nation, the Yemeni armed forces have already begun expanding their operations against the ships of the Zionist entity and those associated with it to include the Indian Ocean as a new arena of operations. As they recently carried out three operations against Israeli and American ships in the Indian Ocean with a number From sea missiles and drones.
The Armed Forces, through its official spokesman,Yahya Saree warned all Israeli ships heading to coming from the ports of occupied Palestine not to pass through the Cape of Good Hope.
With this remarkable development, the Yemeni armed forces have included the Indian Ocean within the scope of their operations targeting Israeli ships, in a strategic and historic achievement, for which the West will place a thousand accounts and will make Yemen a greater player in the region.
As much as this surprise represented a shock to the enemy, the people of the nation rejoiced by it, led by the brotherly Palestinian people, who have come to rely greatly on the Yemeni front to break the unjust Zionist-American siege on the Gaza, after it reached the level of systematic starvation of the people of the Strip and the death of many children and women as a result of malnutrition.
Although Yemen's operations came to support the Palestinian people since the launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, the enemy has come to view the rapid development of Yemen's defensive and offensive capabilities as a real threat, especially after its ranges reached the Indian Ocean.
