OCCUPIED AL-QUDS May 04. 2024 (Saba) - A Zionist politician said on Saturday that Tel Aviv intends to enter Rafah whether a truce is reached or not.
He played down reports that Hamas had agreed to the terms of the Egyptian proposal.
"Under no circumstances will Israel agree to end the war within the framework of an agreement to release our abductees," he said in a statement published according to the Palestinian Ma'an news agency.
He added, as the political level has decided, the Zionist army will enter Rafah and destroy what is left of the Hamas battalions there, whether there is a temporary deadline for the release of our hostages or not.
"We are eagerly waiting to see the final position of Hamas.
The information has not yet arrived, but in light of past experience, even if Hamas says it is going through the broad lines, the small details and reservations it offers may derail the deal."
