IBB July 03. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting in Ibb province, headed by Attorney General Judge Dr. Mohammed al-Dailami, discussed on Wednesday the level of completion of cases received during judicial leave in the province's prosecution offices.
The meeting reviewed the work mechanism and scheduling of cases after leave, and ways to enhance coordination and follow-up of cases referred to the courts to ensure speed. Decide on it.
The Attorney General stressed the improvement of work mechanisms and the utilization of technical aspects and human energies in completing cases, noting the interest and support of the Leader of the Revolution and the President of the Supreme Political Council for the judiciary to carry out its role in achieving justice.
During the visit, the Public Prosecutor was briefed on the work completed in the prosecution complex as well as the renovations and expansion of some facilities, the rehabilitation of the archives of the West Ibb and Criminal Prosecution.
Judge al-Dailami listened to citizens’ complaints and directed the chief prosecutor and prosecutors to do what was necessary regarding them, quickly complete cases, release prisoners in cases that do not require pretrial detention, and urged the parties to reconcile the cases and end them amicably in a way that enhances social peace.
