GAZA July 14. 2024 (Saba) - Ali Abu Shaheen, a member of the political bureau of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, confirmed that the Zionist enemy wants to disrupt the negotiations by committing more crimes, stressing that the resistance is adhering to its positions and continuing to fight.
Abu Shaheen said that the head of the enemy government, Benjamin Netanyahu, wants to prolong the aggression on the Gaza Strip by committing more crimes and brutal massacres.
He added that Netanyahu's performance, by committing massacres and continuing the war on Gaza, is linked to his criminal mentality and political and personal calculations.
He pointed out that the head of the enemy government is now firing bullets at the negotiations, indicating that this comes in light of US President Joe Biden's talk about the necessity of reaching a ceasefire deal.
In this context, he indicated that the resistance has shown more flexibility than before, but it realizes that the American side is more than a partner in the war, explaining that Washington is not, so far, exerting real pressure on the occupation, but rather its pressure is soft and nothing more.
He noted that it cannot be said that the negotiations have been blown up, and we are positive and keen to stop the bloodshed, but if the Zionist behavior continues in this manner, it will return things to square one. He pointed out that the Zionist enemy is manipulating the texts in the negotiations file and is evasive, but the resistance's demands and its four conditions are clear, and it will adhere to them.
