OCCUPIED AL-QUDS July 18. 2024 (Saba) - In a series of escalating confrontations, Palestinian resistance fighters carried out a variety of operations against Israeli occupation forces and settlers across the West Bank, including armed clashes, shooting incidents, and the detonation of explosive devices. These actions were reported by the Palestine Information Center "Ma'ta."
The resistance operations varied widely, encompassing two shooting incidents, an armed clash, the detonation of three explosive devices, and confrontations involving stone and Molotov cocktail throwing at seven different points of conflict.
In the occupied city of al-Quds, Palestinians on French Hill responded to an attack by settlers by hurling Molotov cocktails at them. Meanwhile, confrontations erupted in the town of Al-Issawiya, northeast of Jerusalem, where stones were thrown at the attackers.
In the Nablus district, revolutionary youth clashed with occupation forces during the storming of the Balata refugee camp and Beit Dajan.
In the Nour Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm, Palestinian resistance fighters successfully shot down a drone belonging to the Zionist enemy as it was conducting an intelligence mission over the camp.
In the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, resistance fighters detonated an explosive device at the separation wall, while armed clashes erupted between the fighters and enemy forces during a raid.
Further clashes occurred in Al-Marah neighborhood of Jenin, where resistance fighters engaged enemy forces with bullets and explosive devices. At the Martyrs' Roundabout in Jenin, resistance fighters detonated explosive devices, leading to confrontations with enemy soldiers. The town of Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin, also saw clashes with occupation forces.
The intensified resistance operations highlight the ongoing and escalating tension between Palestinian fighters and Israeli occupation forces, underscoring the volatility of the region.
