ALGERIA July 19. 2024 (Saba) -The Assistant Permanent Representative of Algeria to the United Nations, Nassim Qawawi, called for the Zionist enemy to be held accountable for the crimes it commits against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
According to what was reported by the Al-Mayadeen website, the Algerian representative at a UN Security Council meeting regarding the situation in Palestine last night denounced what he described as “the inability of the international community to stop the machine of death and destruction in Gaza.”
“The Zionist enemy completely destroyed the Rafah crossing, after the International Court of Justice ordered it to be opened.” Qawawi said, he stressed that the Zionist enemy targeted aid trucks and prevented the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees, “UNRWA,” from carrying out its work.
The Algerian representative explained that war criminals in the Zionist government use humanitarian aid as a "card to violate the rights of the Palestinians."
He expressed his hope that "the heartbreaking images we are witnessing in the occupied territories will become the final chapter in the suffering of the Palestinians, and will pave the way for an independent Palestinian state with Quds as its capital."
