DAMASCUS July 23. 2024 (Saba) - The General Secretariat of the International Federation of Arab Trade Unions (ICATU) condemned the brutal Israeli aggression against the sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen, which targeted civilian facilities in Hodeida port.

The General Secretariat of the Union confirmed in a statement - received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) - that "these serious attacks will not deter the forces of the axis of resistance and the free peoples from performing their duty in supporting the oppressed Palestinians who are subjected to an unprecedented war of extermination."

The statement indicated that this new aggression, which caused a number of deaths and injuries among civilians, comes within a series of Zionist attacks on a number of Arab countries in light of unlimited American military , political support and the inability of the international community to deter this entity , put an end to its arrogance and orgy that has exceeded All borders.

The statement called on the Arab, regional , international unions , trade union organizations to condemn and denounce this described crime, which was subjected to the people and workers of Yemen, whose suffering increases due to the conditions of war imposed on them and the consequences of the economic blockade.

It also called on foreign and Arab countries to boycott this entity, sever diplomatic relations with it, impose sanctions on it , its supporters until it stops its barbaric aggression and complies with the resolutions of international legitimacy.

The General Secretariat of the Union affirmed its full solidarity with the Yemeni people , their workers, appreciating their courageous stances and decisive decision to provide all means of support and assistance to the resistant Palestinian people, who are being subjected to the ugliest barbaric Zionist attack aimed at uprooting them from their land.
