SANA'A August 22. 2024 (Saba) - The training program "Training Management and Development" was concluded today in Sana'a, funded and supervised by the Skills Development Fund.
The five-day program, organized by the Kamaran Training Center, aimed to provide 15 cadres from Kamaran Company for Industry and Investment with knowledge and skills in training management and development, to qualify them to manage training in all sectors of the company.
In conclusion, the Deputy Executive Director of the Skills Development Fund, Eng. Jameel Al Nuaimi explained that the program is part of a series of programs funded by the Fund to meet the training needs of the institutions contributing to it and to raise the efficiency of workers.
He considered the training management and development program one of the qualitative programs that the Fund is keen to finance to create cadres capable of managing training in those institutions that reduce the burden on the Fund and institutions at the same time.
