OCCUPIED QUDS - (Saba): Zionist settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Thursday morning, from the Moroccan Gate, under heavy protection from the Zionist enemy police.
The Islamic Endowments Department in occupied Quds said dozens of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa in groups and made provocative tours in its courtyards.
It added that the intruders performed Talmudic rituals and prayers in the Bab al-Rahma prayer area east of the mosque.
The Zionist enemy police tightened their security measures against Palestinians coming to Al-Aqsa, confiscated their IDs from its external gates, and turned the Old City into a military barracks.
Activists called on people to travel to Al-Aqsa Mosque, to intensify their presence there and to rebuild it, especially with the approach of the Jewish holiday season, to confront plans to divide it and confront the dangers of its demolition and Judaization.
The calls stressed the need for people from Quds and the occupied Palestinian interior, and all those who can reach Al-Aqsa from the West Bank, to travel to defend it against the occupation's serious crimes against the Palestinians and their sanctities.
Al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed daily to a series of violations and incursions by settlers and the enemy police, in an attempt to impose a plan to divide it and change the status quo there.
