GAZA - SABA : The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemned in the strongest terms the ongoing brutal Zionist aggression and escalation against the brotherly Lebanese people through barbaric raids, the latest of which was a Zionist raid targeting residential buildings in Haret Hreik in the southern suburbs of Beirut, and the enemy's claim to target Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary-General of Hezbollah.
The movement said in a statement on Friday evening: The escalating Zionist terrorism against the brotherly Lebanese people because of their support for the Palestinians , their stand against the genocide in Gaza Strip, and the blood spilled by this Zionist crime in both Palestine and Lebanon, requires our Arab and Islamic nation to leave the square of silence , move by all means and in all international forums, to reject the American bias , support for this brutal aggression, and to triumph over the values of nobility , magnanimity in standing with the Palestinian and Lebanese people against the aggressive plans of the Zionist occupation.
It added: We share their pain and hope for victory over this Zionist enemy. The movement praised their sacrifices and steadfastness in the epic of the open account in support of the Palestinians , their resistance, in response and defense of the brotherly Lebanese people.
It emphasized that the occupation entity and its Nazi leaders are dreaming that by practicing the most heinous massacres against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, or by targeting resistance leaders and men, they will achieve their malicious goals, or achieve an illusory victory that eliminates the spark of resistance, its strength , continuity, the popular incubator that supports it.
