Tehran-Saba: The Iranian Foreign Ministry on Saturday mourned the Secretary-General of Lebanese Hezbollah Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

The ministry said in a statement: "He moved next to his Lord and his satisfaction as a great martyr, a heroic leader, an intrepid, courageous, wise, clairvoyant and a believer."

The statement added: "Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary-General of Hezbollah, has joined his comrades martyrs great immortals who led their march for about thirty years, in which he led them from victory to victory, succeeding the martyrs of the Islamic resistance in 1992 until the liberation of Lebanon in 2000 and to victory in 2006 and all other battles of honor and redemption, up to the battle of support and heroism in support of Palestine, Gaza and the oppressed Palestinian people." He stressed that the glorious path of the leader of the resistance will continue and his goal of liberating Jerusalem will be achieved.
