Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), broadcast on Wednesday footage of an ambush it carried out against a Zionist force in Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank a few weeks ago.
The footage showed a Zionist foot patrol in Damaj neighborhood in Jenin camp, which was ambushed, followed by direct clashes with Brigades fighters from ground zero, killing a Zionist officer and wounding other soldiers.
The scenes included the evacuation of the Zionist soldiers injured in the ambush, and the landing of a helicopter to transport the injured from the targeted area.
The fighters "used the appropriate weapons, which led to the killing and wounding of the members of the force."
Al-Quds Brigades launched "Terror of the Camps" in response to an operation launched by the Zionist enemy forces at dawn on August 28, which included an attack on the cities of Jenin, Tulkarem, Tubas and towns in the northern occupied West Bank.
