The Public Authority for Zakat office in Hajjah province concluded on Thursday the cultural and administrative program "Fiqh Zakat, Documentary Cycle for Zakat Resources Management - Code of Conduct".
The five-day program, organized by the office's Quality and Qualification Department, aimed to introduce 40 trainees, including basic clerks, treasurers, branch managers of Aham and Tihama districts, to the documentary cycle of zakat resources, the jurisprudence of zakat, and the code of conduct.
At the conclusion, the deputy governor, Hamoud Al-Maghrabi and Ahmed Al-Akhfesh, pointed out the importance of developing the capabilities of zakat employees to fulfill their role in accomplishing the tasks entrusted to the authority.
They affirmed the support of the provincial leadership for all efforts made by the leadership and employees of Zakat in implementing charity programs and helping the poor and needy according to the eight banks.
Ali Al-Malahi, deputy director of the General Authority for Zakat office in the province, called on the participants to apply the knowledge they received on the practical reality in order to improve the zakat work.
