The leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Osama Hamdan, confirmed that "what is happening in the northern Gaza Strip is a complete genocide committed by the occupation forces against civilians."
He stressed at the same time that the generals' plan in the northern Gaza Strip is doomed to fail in the face of the steadfastness of the Palestinian people.
