Osama Hamdan, a leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, called on Arab and Islamic countries to call for the convening of the International Security Council as a matter of urgency and to press for an international resolution to stop the aggression and protect the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip from the ongoing Zionist massacres against them.
Hamdan also called on the UN Secretary-General to urgently call for an end to the genocide in the northern Gaza Strip.
He said: "For the eighty-second day after the third hundred, the Zionist occupation continues to escalate all forms of genocidal war against our people in the Gaza Strip, and for the eighteenth consecutive day it continues to tighten the siege applied to the governorate of the northern Gaza Strip, especially in Jabalia and Beit Lahiya."
Hamdan pointed out that the Zionist enemy is committing the most heinous complex war crimes, against unarmed civilians in their homes and the displaced in shelters and tents for displaced people in schools.
