Today, the local authority in the Al-Husn district of Sana'a governorate inaugurated the paving project for Al-Hudhn Road in the Al-Ma'ayen District, which amounted to a total cost of 15 million and 982 thousand Yemeni riyals.
The project realized through the collective effort of the region's residents and the backing of the local authority, was carried out by the Eastern Sector Cooperative Society under the oversight of the governorate's Initiatives Department. It involved the construction of a stone road 704 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, serving over 3,000 citizens from the isolated and surrounding areas and villages.
During the receipt, the Director of Initiatives in the governorate, Eng. Muhammad Al-Nizari confirmed that the initiative comes within the framework of meeting the directives of the President of the Supreme Political Council and the leadership of the governorate in supporting and implementing community initiatives throughout the governorate's directorates, which contribute significantly to community service, including paving and paving roads in line with the conditions of the stage the country is going through, as a result of aggression and siege.
The head of the Eastern Sector Association, Abdul Razzaq Al-Makhrafi, explained that the project will contribute to alleviating the suffering of the people of the district and neighboring villages in moving and coming back. He called on the rest of the directorate to implement such initiatives and contribute to the community by assigning the management of initiatives in the province.
