Training workshops on "classroom management" for educational counseling teachers in public and private schools in all directorates were concluded in the Capital Sana'a.
The workshops, which were organized over a period of three days by the educational sector in the Municipality, aimed to provide 410 participants with knowledge and skills on the concept of management according to the Quranic methodology, sensing responsibility, foundations and premises, educational concepts and improving the level of professional performance in the field.
The organizers of the workshops pointed to the importance of the training workshops in building the cognitive and skill capabilities of educational guidance in the field of classroom management, the skills of the planning and implementation process, improving teaching methods and teaching aids, and consolidating faith identity.
They explained that the workshops included individual and group activities and applications carried out by the trainees on the concept of classroom management, its importance and objectives, the factors affecting management and its aspects, and linking to the qualities of faith and the specifications of the teacher according to the Quranic curriculum.
