The Minister of Economy, Industry and Investment, Eng. Moeen Al-Mahagri inaugurated the training plan for the Kamaran Training Center for the last quarter of this year.
The minister stressed the importance of training to improve the skills of the company's cadres and support their development plans, noting that training is necessary to maintain competitiveness and meet market requirements.
He praised Kamaran's orientation towards training and called on it to pay attention to social responsibility by training employees of government institutions, praising the cooperation of the Skills Development Fund with the company in qualifying its cadres. For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kamaran, Mohammed Al-Dawla, stressed the importance of training programs in building a team capable of facing challenges.
The training plan includes programs in professional projects, legal aspects, information security, marketing, financial control, internal audit, human resources, financial planning, quality management, time management, and job performance evaluation.
