Sana'a started a training course in the legal aspects of the employees of the Kamran Company for Industry and Investment by financing the Skills Development Fund.
The course organized by the Kamran Training Center in cooperation and coordination with the company's training department aims for two days to provide 47 leaders and cadres of the company, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, the Yemeni Oil Company and the Skills Development Fund, knowledge and skills on legal aspects to enable them to make correct decisions and develop administrative performance.
In the opening, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kamran Mohamed al-Dawla Company pointed out the importance of these courses to develop the capabilities of the participants and raise the level of performance.
He urged the participants to apply all the skills and knowledge they will receive in the practical reality in a way that contributes to the advancement of administrative and legal work and the development of services.
He stressed the commitment to provide the best services to the company's customers by developing the efficiency of its employees.
Deputy Executive Director of the Skills Development Fund Jamil al -Nuaimi affirmed the Fund's interest in training and qualifying cadres in various entities, in order to develop their capabilities to improve the level of work and performance.
He pointed out that the fund's financing for training programs aims to meet the training needs and raise the efficiency and productivity of workers in various entities and institutions.
For his part, director of the Kamran Training Center Abdullah al -Rahbi explained that this course comes within the framework of efforts to qualify and train cadres in the aspects of laws and regulations that govern their work in a way that contributes to increasing their efficiency.
He pointed to the importance of the course to provide the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the law in the administrative work environment and take the correct decisions in various legal positions.
