Sana'a - Saba:
The Hisn district on Sunday commenced distribution of gifts to martyrs' families, as part of Martyr anniversary celebration.
It is regional, moral duty to care for martyrs' families, mobilization officer in the district said, noting that "symbolic gifts are the minimal duty to do."
