The offices of the General Authority for Land, Urban Planning and Geological Survey , the branches of the slaughterhouses and water institutions in Al-Bayda province organized on Tuesday a speech event on the martyr's anniversary 1446 AH.
At the event, Governor Abdullah Idris stressed that the martyr's anniversary commemoration is an important station to remember the greatness of the martyrs, their heroism, their exploits, the principles and values for which they were martyred.
Governor Idris pointed out that the security, stability, freedom and dignity that the country enjoys comes thanks to the martyrs' sacrifices, from whom the nation draws awareness, insight, steadfastness and fortitude in the face of the challenges and dangers it faces.
He stressed the need to interact with the Martyr's Anniversary activities to draw lessons from the positions , sacrifices of the martyrs and follow their path in confronting the global hegemony and arrogance's forces.
At the event, which was attended by province deputies Abdullah Al-Jamali and Saleh Al-Mansouri, director of Al-Bayda city directorate Ahmed Al-Rasas, and the directors of the Land Authority, Mohammed Al-Dharafi, and the Water Corporation in the city, Ahmed Al-Hadar, the director of the Geological Survey Branch, Hilal Al-Riyami, emphasized the importance of drawing lessons from the tender , martyrs' sacrifices , following their path in winning the truth and foiling the conspiracies that are plotted against the nation.
He urged to pay attention to the martyrs' families and take care of them.
