Al-Sabeen district in the Capital Sana'a on Wednesday opened two exhibitions and held a cultural event to commemorate the annual anniversary of the martyr.
The first exhibition, showcasing photos of martyrs from the Beit Mu'yad neighborhood, was attended by leaders from the General Authority for the Care of the Families of Martyrs, including Muhammad Al-Afif, Mohammed al-Washli, and Mahdi al-Suwari, along with local executive figures, sheikhs, and martyr families.
The attendees praised the sacrifices of the martyrs, emphasizing their heroic contributions and the importance of continuing their path and supporting their families.
In addition, Safia Bint Abdulmuttalib School organized a cultural event and another exhibition featuring photos and models of martyrs.
The event was attended by Secretary-General of the Local Council in al-Sabeen Mohammed al-Sadiq and other cultural figures.
Hussein Abu Hiba, representing the Ministry of Defense, highlighted the significance of remembering the martyrs' sacrifices, which led to pride and victory for the nation.
Iman al-Ashri, principal of the school, stressed the importance of drawing lessons from the martyrs’ sacrifices, which defend the homeland and uphold religious values. The event and exhibitions underscored the community's commitment to honoring the martyrs and ensuring their legacy lives on.
